Win record deal and goodies courtesy of Puma

PUMA. Hardly associated with bonza music. This is about to change.

Puma, the brand more associated with trabs than plectrums, is set to team up with the City’s finest new bands and offer the best a bonza package including time in a top notch studio, play at the O2 Academy and give them a winning start on the path to music stardom.
Coming to Liverpool this spring, Puma is to scout out the best of the City’s alternative music talent with the winners playing alongside Kids in Glass Houses at a gig in Liverpool 02 Academy 2 on April 29/30, they’ll also continue to receive valuable support from Puma for a further 12 months to help boost their profile.
The winning band chosen by a judging panel of music experts and Puma will receive a year’s consultancy with leading music industry professional, Ewan Grant. Ewan has 20 years’ experience, including managing Feeder and Joss Stone and many other worthy credentials at Universal Music and Ministry Of Sound.
To make sure the winners get the most out of their experience, they’ll be whisked away into a professional studio, complete with producer and engineer, to record two tracks that’ll be released digitally and supported with a strategic promotional campaign, including a Puma photo shoot and six-date UK live tour.
Needless to say, the band will also be kitted out with gear from PUMA’s legendary lifestyle ranges and re-releases from the heralded PUMA Archive collections… not a bad deal! The runners up will also get to play at the live gig supporting the winning band.
Bands who reckon they’ve got what it takes to become PUMA’s Liverpool winner can upload their tracks at
