For the second year running, I was asked to edit the official day-to-day Liverpool Sound City magazine – The Liberator – but unlike last year, were myself and official festival photographer Mark McNulty tailed each other like a pair of loons darting round the city to capture the action in tandem, this year we largely went our separate ways – he wanting to capture the more interesting settings, me purely following my ears.
Anyways, the results from Mark’s rucksack of equipment and eye-magic, were characteristically true to form. Here’s a collection of goodies, and do check out his blog – as there’s a reason why he was Getintothis’ Hero of 2009.
