Liverpool band VEYU reveal new version of debut release plus plans of city centre gig in February.

VEYU will release debut single Running ahead of a gig at Liverpool’s Fallout Factory on February 15.
Running was named Getintothis‘ number one track released by a Merseyside band in 2013 and a re-recorded version is now slated for a Spring 2014 release.
The track, which was developed at their Fallout Factory base on Dale Street, was then mastered and self produced at Parr Street Studios.
Getintothis first wrote about Running, back in June 2013, hailing it’s ‘definitive guitar chops, vocal pirouetting while showcasing a sound unlike anything on offer in Liverpool.
The band say, “Running is the sound of a story as yet unwritten, the search for belonging, the light of rhythmic invention amid an epic canvass, and somewhere, out there, a distant threat.
Performing alongside them on February 15 are Tear Talk, Bido Lito DJs plus artwork from David Ogle and Mike Isted. Entry is £3.
