Vant, The Big Moon & INHEAVEN set for Magnet as part of DIY’s The Neu Tour

The hotly tipped VANT

The hotly tipped Vant

Vant, The Big Moon & INHEAVEN visit The Magnet in October, GetintothisCraig MacDonald reports on three rising bands hitting Liverpool.

Featuring some of the country’s most up and coming bands, the inaugural DIY presents The Neu Tour rolls into The Magnet this October.

The harmony infused ball of energy that is The Big Moon will be following up their debut single Sucker with the biggest run of shows yet. The London-based four piece are building a strong impression for their live sets with many likening them to the power of PJ Harvey.

The Julian Casablancas endorsed INHEAVEN will be heading out on their first ever tour. Fresh from releasing debut single Regenration the pulsating fuzz of the group are on the rise with some being lucky enough to have caught them at the handful of one-off gigs they have done already.

Finally, hot off the heels from supporting Royal Blood, rockers Vant will be bringing their onslaught to night’s proceedings. With a grunge flavoured sound that is seeing them on a phenomenal incline, the band are going to crank it up a gear when they unleash songs like Parasite to the masses.

Safe to say that if you want to see these bands at a venue this size, this is the time to. The first DIY present The Neu tour is going to be a blinder. Be there.
