With the festival and conference returning to Manchester for its second year, Getintothis’ Adam Lowerson has the details on Off the Record.

Off The Record, Manchester’s music festival and conference, is set to return for its second instalment on November 10 in several venues around the city’s Northern Quarter.

The festival which launched last year aims to support emerging artists and provide opportunities for networking at their conference.

While the music element of the festival is yet to be revealed, the first panels for the industry conference have been announced, including How To Break a Band in Ten Weeks, Break Down Barriers, We Will Come, focusing on disabled music fans from grassroots scenes, and New Kids On the Block, an exclusive insight into starting off in the music industry.
