Getintothis‘ big tip for 2012, Jethro Fox announces his major live debut in Liverpool.

Getintothis has waxed lyrical about Liverpool-by-way-of-Essex wonderkind Jethro Fox for sometime. Yet details have become ever scarcer.
Today news broke that he’s dropped his second track ahead of his first major live date on Monday April 16 at the Kazimier – better still it’s free.
That track is Echo (see below); a sound influenced by 60s pop nostalgia, he melds jaunty melodies with Beach Boys guitar-led harmonies which manage to appeal to the leftfield hipsters as much as the Radio 2 crowd. In essence, he makes really great pop.
Support thus far comes from fellow-LIPA acolyte James Canty and we wouldn’t be surprised if the likes of Dan Croll, Joe Wills and several other friends show up from this multi-faceted, extraordinary talented diaspora within Liverpool.
This is one not to miss – it could go down in legend. Full details here.
