Bill Ryder-Jones is back. And with big songs to boot. New album A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart all set for April release.

Bill Ryder-Jones returns with a new album A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart on Monday April 8.
The GIT Award 2012 nominee has showcased the first fruits of the record today with a stream of He Took You In His Arms – a tender slice of melodica recalling Elliot Smith at his finest.

In 2012, Ryder-Jones‘ album If… showcased his masterful craft of arranging, however, with the help of Getintothis favourites By The Sea, his new compositions showcase BIG songs and not least Bill’s affecting vocal.
A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart was recorded in Ryder-Jones‘ old bedroom in the upstairs of his mother’s house in Liverpool before being produced and mixed with James Ford.
The tracklisting is as follows:
1. Hanging Song
2. There’s A World Between Us
3. A Bad Wind
4. By Morning I
5. The Lemon Tree #3
6. Anthony & Owen
7. Christina That’s The Saddest Thing
8. You’re Getting Like Your Sister
9. He Took You In His Arms
10. A Bad Wind Blows In My Heart Pt. 2
UPDATE:
Now with snazzy video and album launch with Delta Maid at Camp and Furnace on Thursday March 21, 7.30pm.
