If at some point in your life you’ve not had your ears shot to fuck by blistering spacerock courtesy of Spacemen 3, Friday is the time to do some serious catching up.
One half of that duo – Pete Kember – better known to those who’s ears have been blown as Sonic Boom, half of that aforementioned legendary cosmos expanders, is taking to Liverpool’s Static Gallery as Spectrum.
Presented by Dead Young Records Spectrum are playing one of just two spectaculars in February, and promise an uber psych-melter like no other.
The show will feature material from their latest record Indian Giver and some tantalising tracks from their new LP due for release early this April, as well as many other unforgettable Spectrum tracks.
Support comes from Dead Young’s very own The Lucid Dream who will be unleashing their eclectic psych pop/space rock sounds on the expectant crowd.
