As Teleman set to headline this year’s Manchester Psyche Fest, Getintothis’ Amaan Khan brings the details.
With Liverpool International Festival of Psychedelia looming around the corner, Manchester will be getting its own dose of psych through with the latest edition of the increasingly popular Manchester Psych Fest.
The festival, now in its fifth year, will be staged in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, stopping at venues Band on the Wall, Night & Day Cafe and Soup Kitchen. The all-dayer will feature DJ sets from the likes of Electric Jug Clan against the backdrop of special AV displays.
Teleman who have played the festival before will be replacing Girl Band who have had to pull out due to health-related reasons. The festival which has hosted acts like Clinic, Novella, The Underground Youth, The Lucid Dream among other boasts the coming edition to be its biggest yet – thus, giving music lovers another reason to mark the dates.
- Manchester Psych Festival 2017 takes place on September 2 at Band on the Wall, Night & Day Cafe and Soup Kitchen.
