Jade ‘Miss Stylie’ Jackson‘s been on Getintothis‘ radar for sometime and word is there’s some heavy duty flow about to drop mid-2012.
The former Liverpool Ladies striker first dented our ears with last year’s OMG (see below) but it’s the fruits from her forthcoming EP #HEAVYsalad out May 1 via Pledge Music which is keeping us hanging.
Throw into the mix Lana del Rey/Strokes producer David Kahne, and that aforementioned Salad is set to be real tasty.
Along with Kof, Bang On, Chelcee and co, Stylie represents a burgeoning underground grime-pop scene within Liverpool and it’ll be sweet to see how this lot respond to their early promise.
