The View Two Gallery in Liverpool is to close

Liverpool’s View Two Gallery on Mathew Street to close with musical send off.

The View Two Gallery on Mathew Street is to close on Saturday June 24.

To commemorate the occasion, resident music hosts Liverpool Acoustic are holding a party – The Final Viewing.

Throughout the afternoon and evening sessions regulars and new music heads who’ve played at the View Two will feature plus 2-song open floor slots.

Guests will also be given the opportunity to share their memories of the Gallery one last time.

Throughout the years View Two Gallery has featured an assortment of touring artists while also providing a platform for established Liverpool talent – plus a crop of new talent.

24 Kitchen Street announce huge lineup for anti gentrification event 

There is an eclectic mixture of art on three floors with the main gallery on the top floor including a monthly cycle of exhibitions by leading artists in the North West and abroad.

With it’s grand piano and intimate setting it is also home to Liverpool’s annual song-writing challenge.

Here’s the line up for the Final Viewing thus far.
