Liverpool outfit Mr Ted have release a brand new track today, Getintothis’ Peter Goodbody has the exclusive on Sexy Legs.
Mr Ted have today released their latest track Sexy Legs – their third single.
“Auto erotic, exotic, asphyxiation” is not the refrain that will get much Beeb airtime, but then we doubt this kind of Beastie Boys style punk hop mash up was written with Auntie in mind.
With a video filmed around the Baltic Triangle and Pier Head, Mr Ted are seemingly doing as much as they can to piss off the viewer with crass lyrics and sexist imagery.
Which is, of course, the point. And you need to watch until the end of the video below to get the point.
This is a cracking bit of Brass Eye style parody that will be easily misunderstood, but should be applauded for what it is.
A swipe that those who are too quick to judge without a proper grasp of the reality.
