Doves have made the surprising move and announce via Twitter the release of rare material
In a strange yet welcomed move, in amongst the posts of pictures of past album promotional stunts splattered all over the walls of the former Hacienda, Doves have shared the news of seemingly ‘cleaning out the closet’ before their proposed forthcoming ‘welcome back’ album.
Titled Remnants 1 & Remnants 2, these two EP’s will be made available on streaming platforms for the first time: the former available now, the latter May 8.

In a third tweet, they confirmed the release date of Remnants 2 and the tracklisting:

Other than that, there was pretty much no further details given, other than the plain announcement.
