Basque wonderpop dudes Delorean return with first offering from new album Apar.
Tailor made for the dawn of the festival season, Barcelona’s Delorean specialise in the kind of fantastical synthesis of dance pop and rhythmic lunacy perfect for getting out of your head in a big field.
After their 2010 delirious debut Subiza, they’re back with new album Apar on September 9 via True Panther Sounds and have today dropped lead track Spirit.
A characteristic nugget of beat-driven euphoria which ticks all of our boxes; from the house piano intro, lead singer Ekhi Lopetegi‘s teasing vocal and the fantastic percussive breakdowns. Oh, and the snazzy joined crosses video plays havoc with your eyes in the office.
