La Dispute announce details of their annual charity drive along with a 2020 UK tour, Getintothis’ Simon Kirk has the details.
La Dispute have announced a UK tour for 2020 which includes a Liverpool date.
The band will play the Invisible Wind Factory on Saturday, April 25.
The news comes in conjunction with details of band’s remix album, re-workings of this year’s brilliant album, Panorama, which featured in our Albums of 2019.
Panorama (Remixed) is available for pay-what-you-can download for 24-hours on December 25 and features remixes from the likes of Hether Fortune and Peter Broderick.
All proceeds from Panorama (Remixed) will go to the Vera Institute of Justice’s work toward securing equal justice for all, bolstering communities and families, and ending mass incarceration in the United States.
Talking of the charity drive, vocalist, Jordan Dreyer, says:
“Permanent, affordable housing solutions for the homeless in Grand Rapids, MI. Youth writing programs in the city and statewide. The ACLU of Michigan. The National Center for Transgender Equality. We have on and off for our history as a band used the holiday season to help raise money for causes important to us and to our communities, at home and across the country, by posting our catalogue (with digital exclusives) for pay-what-you-can download on Bandcamp.
