Warehouse Project 2013: The Knife, Flying Lotus, Four Tet, Hot Chip, Chic’s Nile Rodgers, Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry and more line up for Manchester parties

The Warehouse Project returns with quite phenomenal raft of parties kicking off in September.


Warehouse Project in Manchester has revealed details of this year’s parties, which kick off on September 27.
The Warehouse Project 2013 edition runs from September through to the new year with the opening weekend including Loco Dice, Seth Troxler, Carl Craig, Joy Orbison and Tale Of Us billed to play on Saturday, September 28.
Liverpool’s Rich Furness and Andrew Hill of Abandon Silence are included on the Now Wave line up on Friday December 13 alongside big hitters Flying Lotus, SBTRKT, John Talabot, Jamie xx.
On October 25, The Knife curates a Shaking The Habitual Show evening at The Warehouse Project, Manchester, with, tickets on sale at 9am on Friday July 26..
The October 5 takeover by Paradise features Jamie Jones, Maya Jane Coles, Art Department, Damian Lazarus and Cassy, while October 11 sees 50 Weapons overseeing a Modeselektion party with Moderat, LFO, Pantha Du Prince, Dopplereffekt, Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock, Ben UFO, DJ Koze and Zomby.
The Rudimental presents showcase on October 12 lines up dub legend Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry alongside Andy C, DJ EZ and David Rodigan.
The Resident Advisor event includes Richie Hawtin, Nicolas Jaar, Seth Troxler, Move D, Akkord, IVVVO, Dro Carey, Subb-an, Eats Everything while on October 26, Julio Bashmore invites Laurent Garnier, Cassius, Breach, Metro Area, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Space Dimension Controller to perform.
Bestival host on November 1 with Hot Chip, Chic feat. Nile Rodgers and 2ManyDJs, while the Field Day-themed bash the following night will be curated by Four Tet and Caribou, with DOOM, Madlib, Pearson Sound, Thom Yorke and James Holden all confirmed.
The Movement party on November 30 is headed up by Sven Vath, Loco Dice, Maya Jane Coles, Scuba and Nina Kraviz.
Bugged Out!’s party on December 6 features The Chemical Brothers, Dave Clarke, Erol Alkan and Optimo.
Circo Loco (Apollonia, The Martinez Brothers, Dixon, DJ Qu), Heidi (Kerri Chandler, Cajmere, Magda, Jimmy Edgar) and Diynamic (Solomun, Stimming, David August) will also co-host events across December.
Details for the New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day parties are yet to be announced.
