Hip-hop duo Run The Jewels have released their new album, Run The Jewels 4, two days ahead of its planned release date as a free download and across all digital platforms.
The album features many renowned artists, including Pharrell Williams, Mavis Staples, 2 Chainz, Zack de la Rocha, Josh Homme, DJ Premier and Greg Nice.
Speaking on their decision to release the album early, Run The Jewels said: “F*ck it, why wait? The world is infested with bullshit so here’s something raw to listen to while you deal with it all.
“We hope it brings you some joy. Stay safe and hopeful out there and thank you for giving 2 friends the chance to be heard and do what they love. With sincere love and gratitude, Jaime and Mike.”
In addition to the album release, Run The Jewels have provided a list of organisations on their website for fans who are looking to support current affairs through donation.
The list includes organisations who are fighting for justice, change and equity.
Guy Garvey, Jah Wobble and more big name artists join fight to save Parr Street Studios
Amongst the list is their long time allies the National Lawyers Guild, who provide legal presentation for lawful protesters.
