14-piece anarchic Balkan Brass warriors to kick off Threshold 2014 as host of Merseyside acts announced.
The fourth annual Threshold Festival (Baltic Triangle March 28-29) will go off with a bang on its first night with the announcement of The Destroyers as the opening night’s headline act.
A tempest of horns, strings and guitars, the 14-strong collective will be taking revellers well into Saturday morning with a helluva racket.
Kaya Herstad Carney, festival director, said: “It’s great to be bringing the The Destroyers back to Liverpool, they’re a huge favourite amongst the Threshold team.”
